Massimo Malvano was born in 1974.
In 1997, he graduated with honors with a degree in Law from the University of Naples – Federico II.
Admitted to the Naples Bar Association in 2002.
Appointed notary in the District of Udine in 2008 and transferred to the District of Milan in 2010.
Since 2019, upon designation by the Court of Monza, he has served as the Coordinator of Judicial Assistants in the preparation of transfer decrees following real estate expropriations.
He is currently serving his third term as Delegate of the Notaries of the Lombardy Region to the Assembly of the National Notarial Fund.
Author of articles and opinions of interest to notaries on contractual, probate, and corporate matters.
Speaker at conferences of interest to notaries and the legal profession.
He serves as a consultant to nonprofit organizations and industrial groups, both domestic and international.
He is one of the organizers of the ACTO MILANO project
