The Roots

Our roots are deeply embedded in the history of the Milanese notarial profession. Since the 1970s, through the continuity of the firm founded by Notary Giuseppe Franco of Milan and the experience gained at the historic firm of Notary Carlo Maria Giovenzana of Monza, we have built up a wealth of expertise that today forms the foundation of our identity.

ACTŌ was born from the coming together of two professional backgrounds, both rooted in the notarial tradition, which have chosen to join forces in a shared project. Two independent paths that share the same vision of the profession: trust, legal rigor, personal responsibility, and a focus on long-term relationships.

The arrival of a new generation of notaries, the evolution of the firm’s structure, and the founding of ACTŌ represent a project rooted in continuity—one that successfully combines the authority of the notarial tradition with a modern, efficient approach tailored to the needs of businesses, professionals, and families.

We practice in the areas of corporate law, special transactions, real estate law, and estate planning, supporting private clients, businesses, and professional firms with an approach based on technical expertise, timeliness, and collaboration.
We believe that the role of a notary extends beyond simply drafting legal documents. It involves understanding the parties’ objectives, anticipating potential issues, and contributing to the success of transactions through authoritative, independent, and solution-oriented advice.
